Baking
Baking is the technique of prolonged cooking of food by dry heat acting by conduction, and not by radiation, normally in an oven, but also in hot ashes, or on hot stones.
Cooking to me is family. Nothing brings a family collectively like food, and nothing brings Mother and daughter together like cooking. Bringing together ingredients, lives and old family recipes or even new creations is cooking. I believe that so many family customs start by delivering food to the table.
